Tatyana Berkovich Married Eugene Selivanov

Tatyana Berkovich Married Eugene Selivanov

In the not so recent events, Tatyana Berkovich married Eugene Selivanov in a wedding.

The ceremony was held in August 2001.  We were married in the most beautiful Fallbrook City 18th Century Victorian mansion, with the beautiful white horses and carriage took me to my dad where he was waiting to take me toward the Chuppa to meet my future husband.

Days after the ceremony and honeymoon, both Eugene Selivanov and Tatyana Berkovich moved to Los Angeles, California area, where they now reside.

Granted, Los Angeles has a lot going for it. When it comes to the newlyweds scoping out the land to find some fun, the most strategic of plans can go awry if traffic and travel time on the freeways are not accounted for.   Living in the land of perfect climate does make it a bit tricky; however, we were determined to do things that kept us in our required uniform:  shorts and sandals!

Not only does Los Angeles have the best and widest skyline from the Hills of Hollywood, we quickly learned we truly had our lot to pick from almost too much to do throughout the Los Angeles area.  We started off in the Museum district too for the great local cafes and eats.  We then decided to also take in shopping and driving around in Santa Monica’s Promenade, where we heard was a common denominator for both locals and tourists alike.

That right turn downhill onto the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) tempted us to drive up through into Malibu Canyon.   After having brunch at a best kept local secret of Westlake Inn, we then took in some sand and surf fun at Zuma Beach…it turned out to be a perfect stroll and take in the ocean where we spotted a few dolphins spotted as well!

Later that day we enjoyed a bike ride thru the 3 mile stretch of Greystone’s Mansion and did our part to window shop on Rodeo Drive…Then the evening came and we were torn between the evening cruise on the water leaving out of Long Beach, we decided on sipping drinks and enjoying music—so  we  capped off a fun night at the Hudson House in Redondo Beach with the sunset and lots of friends – good stuff.  The next time we do this, we will definitely bring along friends so they can be the photographers.
